Times have changed and with that have come change as to what an employer needs and expects from their employee benefits advisors. Gone are the times when the broker simply quotes, enrolls and services accounts. Human resource professionals and business owners have much more to consider than ever before in terms of increased regulations, cost containment, identification of direct and in-direct expenses. To that end, we have built a toolbox of solutions that focus on communication and education. The inFORUM is part of the toolbox and we meet nine months out of the year to present topics such as Health Care reform, Employment & Labor Law, Employee Handbooks, IRS and DOL Regulation changes – such as COBRA and HIPAA, medical evidence-based wellness, and much more. We invite accredited speakers that are expert on the particular subjects and do not speak on them ourselves in an effort to deliver the best in class presentation of value. Sales of any kind is NOT tolerated – only education. Meetings are the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Harbour Club, downtown Charleston off Prioleau Street from 8am – 9:30am – this leaves the balance of the day for our clients to work.
