Born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, SC, Trey graduated from Mercer University in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. After working in consulting, fundraising and software sales, Trey joined the Gilston Agency in 2001. With over six years experience in the insurance industry, Trey has expertise in group and individual cases, clients with multi-state locations, enrollment technology and benefits design.
In addition to licenses in the areas of life, health, and disability, Trey is also an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey. Recognized as a top professional in the region, Trey was chosen by Dave's team in 2003 to represent them in the Charleston area. Trey is also very active in the community as a member of the Exchange Club of Charleston, The Hibernian Society and St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Trey resides on James Island with his wife Meredith and his son Jackson
